Job Description The Affiliate Customer Support Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the needs and any new initiative related to the distribution of NBCU Portfolio Networks in Brazil.

This position will have direct contact within the Media Operations team and will work closely with various stakeholders in the company as well as 3rd party vendors to ensure there is a direct communications with our affiliates and also any request is handled in a timely manner.


Responsibilities:

Liaison between Uplink Provider and Affiliates in Brazil for customer support integrations, and authorizations Portuguese Technology an Operations voice for Brazil.

Will work directly with NBCU supervisors to transfer NBCU message to clients Escalate properly and in a timely manner any incident reported by our affiliates in Brazil Coordinate and inform to Brazil affiliates technical notifications related to maintenance windows, migrations, etc.

as necessary Assist with the Inventory management and control of existing regional decoders Execute and upload ANCINE monthly reports of NBCU Networks in Brazil Support the on-boarding process with new affiliates and provide assistance properly Coordinate with Affiliate Sales team for decoder authorizations/deauthorization Assist in affiliate decoder distribution logistics Assist in new decoder forecasting and acquisitions Provide distribution reports as requested Create discrepancy dashboards and metrics to evaluate the SLA of our uplink services Work with upper management to establish customer support workflows and procedures Maintain up to date the documentation of the department Coordinate regional technical surveys Qualifications Basic Qualifications : MUST - Spanish or English Language proficiency College degree preferred; technical degree desirable Min 3 years customer support experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Office Suite tools
