About the Job:

As a Maintenance Manager in our plant in Feira de Santana (Brazil), you will play a vital role in ensuring our maintenance people is working in safe condition, leading the work of maintenance shift supervisors and supporting them directly from the technical / organizational point of view in the most critical cases. You will be responsible to prepare and improve the specification of planned maintenance and establishes the spare part stock level in accordance with Engineering manager and Project & Maintenance manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machinery safe condition
• Machinery reliability
• Training management of newly hired personnel

Key Requirements:

• 8-10 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Engineering (or similar) background (mechanical or automation)
• Fluent in the English language
• Teamworking
• Problem solving based on data
• Objective-oriented based on budget availability
• Ability to manage complexity and work under pressure
• Leadership and engagement of teams
