Responsável pela gestão das vendas ́ ́sell in ́ ́ e por apoiar a implementação da estratégia da Corteva no distrito.

Lidera as ações de gestão de relacionamento e atendimento ao cliente

Ex:
garantir a aplicabilidade dos contratos, gestão de riscos, etc.

Faz a gestão dos preços em parceria com o time de Marketing, bem como facilita a implementação do plano estratégico.

Responsável por conhecer toda a cadeia de decisão e de determinação de atividades do cliente selecionado - seja comercial, técnico, pesquisa, operações, logística, legal, contas a pagar, crédito, química, área logística fábrica(se pertinente), área de vendas do cliente.

Faz a interlocução de todas as atividades definidas junto ao cliente - desde uma simples visita, até projetos estratégicos /sociais /comerciais e de barter.

Elabora e faz a gestão do ́ ́business plan ́ ́ junto ao cliente.
Mobiliza e conecta times multidisciplinares com o objetivo de alinhar/acompanhar o plano estratégico de vendas

Ex:
DSM, RSLs, Diretores,etc.
Responsável por elaborar o plano de viagens com o objetivo de desenvolver e/ou fomentar relacionamentos de confiança.
Formata a previsão de demanda junto ao cliente, bem como acompanha os estoques, pedidos, faturamentos e necessidades.
Realiza a gestão de múlti-plataformas de vendas, bem como acompanha os programas de incentivo.

Qualifications:

Graduação e/ou Pós Graduação em áreas afins do agronegócio.
Desejável experiência com gestão de distrito e/ou de marketing.
Desejável experiência em gestão de pessoas.
Conhecimento técnico aprimorado com as plataformas de sementes, crop, cana e HF
Desejável Idioma Inglês - Intermediário.
Forte conhecimento do MS Office.
Mobilidade para viagens/mudanças.
Resiliência
Conhecimento de operações de Barter (Crédito) é um plus
Conhecimento ferramentas office
Habilidade analitica para criação e apresentação de KPI's
Excelente relação interpessoal
Forte habilidades de Negociação.
Desenvolvimento e fomentação de fortes relacionamentos internos e externos.
