Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento fullstack, sendo um perfil generalista, conhecendo principais linguagens e frameworks, para desenvolvimento back-end, front-end e mobile.

Conhecimento em back-end utilizando as principais tecnologias do mercado como Java, Node entre outros.

Conhecimento em front-end utilizando as principais tecnologias do mercado como Angular, React e/ou Vue.

Conhecimento em ferramentas de virtualização, principalmente Docker.

Experiência em bancos de dados, incluindo modelagem, consultas e otimização de desempenho.

Habilidades de liderança comprovadas, com capacidade de motivar e orientar uma equipe técnica.

Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos, incluindo planejamento, estimativas e definição de prioridades.

Experiência em gerenciamento de pessoas, incluindo contratações, entrevistas técnicas e avaliações de desempenho.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa e explicar conceitos técnicos para um público não técnico.

Conhecimentos em design patterns, arquitetura de software e boas práticas de desenvolvimento.
