Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Controle e armazenamento dos documentos dos clientes para desbloqueio da CE mercante.
  • Identificar potenciais clientes e encaminhar ao CX para negociação.
  • Desenvolver relações sólidas com clientes internos e externos.
  • Garantir um excelente atendimento aos clientes, demonstrando valor, empatia e confiança.
  • Tomar decisões proativas e fornecer respostas claras em todas as interações.
  • Resolver problemas proativamente, identificando e solucionando as causas raízes.

Perfil Desejado:

  • Cursando: Administração, Logística, Relações Internacionais, Comércio Exterior.
  • Entre o 2° e o 5° semestre, com disponibilidade para estágio mínimo de 1 ano.
  • Inglês - nível avançado.
  • Habilidade com Pacote Office.
  • Excelente comunicação oral e escrita.
  • Organização, disposição para aprender e proatividade.
