Vestas Global Talent Management Department plays a critical role in identifying, developing, and retaining global talent within our organization.

As part of our team, you will assist in charting the course for our workforce's future and promote a mindset of ongoing development.

As a Senior Specialist in Performance Management, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing people performance management strategies and processes.

Your focus will be on measuring outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and aligning teams with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for Vestas Performance process called Continuous Performance & Development(CPD), from setting performance objectives, working with Development, feedback and performance evaluation, including Vestas annual People Review process.


You drive the process which includes:
Working closely with HR Digital regarding the system to support the process.
Describe the proces.

Communicate and train various stakeholders, such as P&C Business Partners, Manager, employees and our Service deskData Analysis and Reporting:
Act as a resource for data collection, analysis, and reporting related to improving talent management processes.
Conduct a pre-consensus analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Closely examine management reports to assess performance measures.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

Development & Monitoring:

Support the generation, analysis, and enhancement of KPI metrics and targets used to measure process and performance across the organization.

Provide interpretive guidance on talent management best practices and industry standards.

Process Improvement:
Collaborate with P&C business partners and business leaders to develop processes that positively impact performance, development, and retention.
Facilitate the reduction of process variation through efficient resource utilization.

Competences and qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools.
Familiarity with talent management software and systems like SuccessFactors.
Strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of organizational development and talent strategies.
