Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Liderar interface com área jurídica interna e externa;
  • Coletar todas as informações necessárias para elaboração de contratos;
  • Preencher e solicitar elaboração de minuta contratual;
  • Liderar a comunicação, fluxo de dúvidas e alterações entre os jurídicos envolvidos;
  • Preenchimento de dados em carta acordo e/ou contratos;
  • Alimentar a planilha de controle contratual;
  • Liderar junto à área jurídica solicitações de alvarás para campanhas;
  • Garantir finalização do processo contratual, de acordo com prazo da campanha;
  • Desenvolvimento de checking;
  • Preenchimento de planilha com resultados (big numbers);
  • Executar processo contratual com fornecedores;
  • Suporte operacional ao núcleo de prestações de contas e demais solicitações;
  • Gestão de estagiários no que se refere às atividades contratuais, checking e big numbers;
  • Elaboração de feedback semestral de estagiários junto ao coordenador;
  • Onboarding de processos contratuais com os influenciadores;
  • Informações e organizações gerais de pagamentos;
  • Formulação e acompanhamento de contratos e carta acordo;
  • Interface entre jurídico, influenciadores e clientes;
  • Coleta e preenchimento do Checking de postagens;
  • Preenchimento da planilha de Big Numbers;
  • Gerenciamento de assinatura de contratos;
  • Ata de reuniões do time;
  • Organização de contratos, Checking, Big Numbers e possíveis recebimentos de Notas Ficais na rede.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Habilidade na utilização das seguintes ferramentas ou similares: DocuSign, Adobe Sing, Click Sign, Tagger, Simboo, e etc.
  • Conhecimento Intermediário/Avançado: Excel, Forms, Power Point e Word;
  • Habilidade com ferramentas para gestão de projetos;
  • Excelente escrita e interpretação de texto.
