Role description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our R&D team, focusing on the development and management of digital healthcare product and solutions.
  • The Product Manager will play a crucial role in defining product vision including costs and high levelrequirements, business case, understanding market needs, and working closely with business and crossfunctional teams to translate idea, problems and strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes and keep uptodate on all developments essential to achieving desired outcomes with aim to develop and launch innovative products and prototype that fully meet customer requirements and drive business growth.

Qualification and Experience Details:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer internal business areas needs to identify opportunities for new product, prototype development and enhancement
  • Establish and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with company goals and market/internal demands
  • Create buyin for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to transform product concepts into detailed requirements, user stories, and functional prototypes
  • Actively participate of creation of contracts and proper documentation for hiring partners in which will attend the product development
  • Develop and implement project costs and highlevel requirements, business case, understanding market needs
  • Prioritize and manage product development activities based on business impact, customer value, and resource constraints to deliver product with quick timetomarket and optimal resources
  • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and make datadriven decisions to refine product offerings and inform future strategies
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to promote product adoption and gather market insights

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the healthcare or digital solutions domain**:

Demonstrated success in developing, launching, and managing products throughout their life cycle**:


  • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development and web technologies**:

Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment**:


  • Customer-centric approach, with a focus on understanding and addressing user needs
