Potencializar a utilização das capacidades analíticas para conectar as necessidades dos clientes, considerando seu ciclo de vida, e a ambição do negócio.
Gestão da estruturação de estratégias de comunicação:
garantir processo end to end (desde o entendimento da oportunidade, construção das peças e campanhas, chegada da comunicação ao cliente e acompanhamento de resultados para retroalimentar a estratégia), buscando eficiência na execução das campanhas (simplificação e tempestividade) e qualidade de entrega (melhor oferta no melhor canal no melhor momento); Aumentar o impacto de CRM no resultado do Banco, garantir sobrevivência somente de campanhas eficientes, aumentando a média de conversão e alavancagem.
Qual o desafio dessa posição?
- Explorar diversos ambientes de dados da companhia para entender comportamento do cliente em relação ao recebimento de comunicações, para a partir de análises especificar e implementar regras que preservem o interesse do cliente nas comunicações.
- Construir relação com diversas áreas da companhia (Marketing, Canais Digitais, Jurídico, Planejamento...) para apresentação das regras estabelecidas, garantia de entendimento e pacificação.
- Ter conhecimento de todas as origens de dados de contado dos clientes, e definir regras de negócio para definição de melhor contato, visando otimizar o uso dos canais e maximizar a taxa de sucesso no contato.

- Liderar temas foco da área
- Análises e estudos com insights e direcionamentos estratégicos.
- Apresentações executivas com conclusões das análises e estudos.
- Planejar e implementar regras e ações de políticas de relacionamento com o cliente.
- Acompanhar indicadores de performance das ações realizadas e fazer report.
- Excel intermediário/avançado
- Experiência em áreas de CRM/Business Intelligence/Ecommerce
- Conhecimento em linguagens de programação como SQL/Phyton para extração e manipulação de dados de forma autônoma
