Nesta posição, você fará parte do time de estratégia de malha da Amazon Brasil, com visão holística de todo o processo e planejamento de médio/longo prazo.

Essa é uma posição que requer habilidades de trabalhar com múltiplos times, de múltiplas áreas, como área de negócios, fiscal, engenharia, transportes, armazéns, finanças, entre outras.

Key job responsibilities
Como Especialista em AFN (Amazon Fulfillment Network) Planning, nós esperamos que você:

  • Suporte o plano estratégico de malha logística, considerando boas práticas já existentes em outros países e/ou novos modelos mentais.
  • Construção, análise e aprofundamento nos dados da primeira milha (FC
  • Fullfillment centers), habilitando a gestão das principais métricas de forma automática, como por exemplo gestão de capacidade de armazenagem, gestão de capacidade de recebimento e expedição pelos FCs, etc
  • Garantir integração consistente com o time de configurações e de melhoria contínua
  • Participar da criação de documentos de processos/procedimentos alinhados com todos os parceiros internos e as necessidades do negócio, garantindo que as particularidades regionais sejam atendidas, bem como que tenhamos a melhor produtividade possível para cada FC
  • Auditar operações, configurações sistêmicas e processos que possam impactar custo, produtividade e velocidade das entregas
  • Fazer benchmark com outros países para entender melhores práticas e processos mais avançados, bem como a melhor forma de conectar nas operações do Brasil
  • Impulsionar soluções de alto impacto e visibilidade por meio de parcerias com diversas equipes para moldar a estratégia de malha
About the team
Supply Chain & Integration is responsible for working with Consumer and other key stakeholders to understand Retail and Marketplace strategies for Brazil, aligning required programs and creating synergies on available resources from local and central tech and non-tech teams (i.e. tax planning, tax compliance, accounting, etc.).

We also work to identify key tax gaps and requirements to deploy our systems and support implementation of LATAM and ECCF new programs like Middle, Last Mile and Sustainability.

We join efforts from both Supply Chain execution and Ops Integration teams to leverage Ops strategy within BR Network and improve our deliveries with Retail, Operation & Improvements (RO&I) team.

Our organization is structured into the following teams and pillars:
(1) Supply Chain, with focus on innovation, improvements in our network strategy and planning, inventory placement and replenishment, S&OP and Inbound planning, inventory health and network losses, and (2) Ops Integration, responsible for understanding business and operations requirements to develop working backwards documents and align programs with Tech, Consumer and other important business stakeholders, with main focus on Supply Chain programs, Transportation programs and Network and Operational Excellence programs and solutions.
