Minimum Qualifications/Experience:8+ experiência comprovada como Gerente de Projetos em portfolio com diferentes iniciativas e diversas partes interessadas (conhecimento será testado);Domínio sobre diferentes práticas e abordagens de gerenciamento de projetos tradicionais, Lean-Agil e/ou abordagens híbridas de gestão de iniciativas;Vivência em projetos de desenvolvimento de soluções complexas e de alta disponibilidadeExperiência com diferentes modelos, métricas, cerimônias e comunicação em todos os níveis organizacionais;Experiência com ferramentas de gerenciamento projetos e trabalhos tradicionais e ágeis;Capacidade promover qualidade e fomentar boas práticas de gestão de projetos sendo responsável por garantir que as equipes entendam e operem de acordo com as mesmasConhecimento em métodos e práticas Lean-ÁgilEducation:
Superior em Sistemas de Informação, Administração ou afinsMBA em Gerenciamento de Projetos (plus)
