O que procuramos?

Atribuições principais:

Atuar como representante de todos os envolvidos no projeto, respondendo pela gestão de produtos em qualquer área de uma empresa;

Elaborar um backlog priorizado a partir do roadmap;

Determinar a prioridade de tarefas da equipe, maximizando o valor do produto que está sendo elaborado pelo tempo com foco na entrega de valor;

Coletar e analisar indicadores e dados sobre o produto para facilitar uma tomada de decisão;

Monitorar e explicar o retorno esperado do produto;

Garantir que o Backlog do Produto seja visível, transparente e claro para todos;

Comunicar e auxiliar no engajamento dos stakeholders de forma contínua;

Realizar a gestão dos processos de incidentes, eventos e problemas;

Construir o roadmap ou conjunto de objetivos com a perspectiva de evolução do produto, alinhado com a estratégia da empresa;

Colaborar com a construção de uma cultura organizacional ágil com seu tempo, pares e stakeholders;

Realizar atividades de P&D para elaboração de novos produtos e/ou melhoria dos produtos atuais, visando a melhoria da satisfação dos clientes.

Requisitos:

Experiência em produtos financeiros e regulatórios (Open Finance e PIX); Conhecimento em plataformas de integração e conectividade; Experiência no uso de plataforma de gestão de projetos ágeis.
