Your application is being considered for a role within Alight Inc group that has announced the intention to transfer its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transition, this position will be part of the new Payroll & Professional Services under HIG Capital ('Divested Group'). By applying for this role within the Divested Group, you acknowledge and consent to sharing your application details from Alight with the Divested Group. If selected, a background check will be required as per the Divested Group's policies.

Administrative Assistant - Payroll

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate reports, categorize and distribute customer queries
  • Support in creating documents for off-boarding/termination and vacation processes
  • Input data into systems for onboarding and vacations
  • Email all HR Business Partners and Talent Advisors at the beginning of the month to remind them of submission deadlines for onboarding and other registrations
  • Send invitations within the UNICO Platform to candidates
  • Monitor candidate data completion status in the UNICO Platform
  • Send standard format emails to candidates with incomplete details
  • Track candidate data completion status with pending items in the UNICO Platform
  • Email Talent Advisors and HR Business Partners responsible for incomplete applicant registrations in UNICO
  • Generate reports to analyze completion of candidate data in the UNICO Platform
  • Provide a list of admitted individuals for events and onboarding organization
  • Submit standard files to the bank for salary/current account openings
  • Request badge issuance
  • Follow up on missing documents in the onboarding process
  • Enter new hires into SAP
  • Check onboarding data transmissions to eSocial
  • Final verification of SAP onboarding registrations
  • SAP Benefits enrollment
  • Time tracking registration

These are just some of the responsibilities in the position. Candidates will also handle additional tasks related to employee onboarding and support.

Requirements:

  • Experience in personnel administration procedures
  • Languages: English and/or Spanish
