Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of UI/UX designs.
  • Create and maintain documentation of testing processes, results, and design modifications.
  • Analyze test results, identify usability issues and areas for improvement, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to implement changes based on testing outcomes.
  • Work with the design team to develop testing protocols and user scenarios.
  • Develop and establish UI/UX standards and guidelines for the organization.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input from a usability perspective.
  • Ensure that all products meet high standards of usability and accessibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in UI/UX testing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of usability testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles and usercentered design methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively articulating UI/UX concepts and standards to a diverse audience
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in UX design or usability testing is a plus.
