Key Job Responsibilities
  • Own and execute end-to-end analyses, including scoping, design, data collection, and presentation of results
  • Deliver key insights in business, customer experience, and technology areas
  • Use data-driven recommendations to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different business units
  • Work with senior leaders to develop products and services that benefit customers

About the Team

Our diverse team consists of various professionals dedicated to understanding and improving customer experience globally. We focus on developing innovative products and services that cater to different customer segments, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in product management, marketing, business development, or technology
  • Proficiency in SQL and statistical analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in product delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience influencing senior leadership with data-driven insights
  • Background in consulting, technology, retail, or customer research
  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to collaborate across functional teams
