We were founded in 2019 and have been growing steadily since, having raised $11M from top investors like Oren Zeev (Zeev Ventures) and Base Partners.

Tuvis is an advanced solution that seamlessly integrates CRM systems like Salesforce and MicrosoftDynamics 365 with WhatsApp, enabling teams to access customer information and register all theinteractions effortlessly.

It also facilitates adherence to record-keeping regulations and privacy lawsthrough automated monitoring and archiving of WhatsApp interactions.

Additionally, Tuvis integrates with enterprise security solutions, empowering companies to exercise precise control over data shared via unofficial channels while providing real-time alerts and access permissions management.

Some of our customers around the world include Bradesco, BTG, XP Investimentos, iFood, Volkswagen, Subaru, Telefonica, and Santander.

We are looking for a Head of Sales & Partners to join our Sales team in Brazil.

This team will beresponsible for customer experience and satisfaction, and is expected to experience fast growth over the next few months.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage prospective customers by phone, WhatsApp, and email;
  • Manage the sales process from lead to customer;
  • Accurately enter and maintain clean data in Salesforce;
  • Availability to carry out both online and in-person meetings to close deals;
  • Carry out product demonstrations with potential customers;
  • Regularly reach and exceed sales quota;
  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs;
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs;
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business;
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales positions in B2B companies;
  • Experience with selling to enterprise customers;
  • Experience with selling SaaS;
  • Certified experience in working with, and reaching, monthly goals;
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role;
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Fluent Portuguese;
  • Advanced English.

Bonus Points:

  • Any level of Spanish;
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies (SPIN sell, BANT etc.);
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, etc.;
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales tech stack.
