Ensure
- Management of all finance activities (accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, credit & collection, treasury) activities of the legal entity/country according to Group and legal guidelines and procedures;
- Preparation of regular financial data and forecasts to ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with Group guidelines and local requirements;
- Ensure that internal financial control procedures and audit recommendations are applied to ensure that legal entity/country business operations are conducted in line with Group policies and legal regulations;
- Management of legal and tax matters as well as insurance contracts to ensure that legal entity/country business operations comply with all legal and tax obligations and that the company assets are insured against potential risks if within scope of responsibility;
- Proactively develop meaningful analysis accordingly to business and leadership needs, supporting interpretation, driving and tracking of analysis and improvement measures, coowning the results with BU management and Regional Controllers.
- Advise legal entity/country management and BU's on the financial dimensions of business operations and procedures to help them achieve their business objectives in line with legal and statutory requirements;
- Lead and motivate staff to improve performance and continuously develop professional expertise;
- Guarantee a structured, consistent and sustainable Finance organization able to delivery excellent financial services.
- Act a Finance Business Partner role for BU Managers and Cluster Head, supporting and challenging them proactively.
- Legal entity/country management in developing and conducting the business by organizing, directing and coordinating the preparation of accurate financial information and statements;
- Legal entity/country business managers in implementing their business strategies and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or related area
- MBA in Finance or related area
- English fluent
- Strong Leadership skills
