A área de "Investment Operations & Onboarding" é responsável pela implementação, execução e controle das alocações realizadas tanto no mercado local, quanto internacional.

Tem relacionamento com diversas instituições financeiras: bancos, assets/gestoras, corretoras e outros (Galgo, Bloomberg, Quantum, etc.).


A área busca realizar suas atividades com máxima eficiência operacional (menor risco, garantir a qualidade e proporcionar escala) através da implementação e melhoria de bons processos para atender as demandas e eventuais flexibilidades exigidas por nossos clientes.


Buscamos construir um time
comprometido, responsável e fiduciário, que considera sempre a visão e o resultado de nossos clientes em suas atividades.


Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Atuar no onboarding e manutenção dos processos cadastrais para investimentos
  • Preencher, organizar, colher assinaturas para documentos, formulários, etc.
  • Interação com parceiros, prestadores de serviços (português e inglês)
  • Buscar aprendizado com demais áreas/parceiros, nos demais processos/atividades para aprender e poder sugerir melhorias (aplicar conhecimento de VBA, SQL, Python, etc.)
  • Aprendizado contínuo, o programa de estágio viabiliza a rotatividade de atividades com demais estagiários (média do ciclo de 36 meses para realizar outra atividade, na mesma área)
  • Monitorar a disponibilidade, coletar informações necessárias para o time de operações:
  • Informações de mercado; coletar Índices, preços, fundos de investimentos-cotas, títulos públicos, privados, ações
  • Efetuar lançamentos de caixa, provisões, trades no sistema interno para refletir o que ocorreu no dia
  • Suportar a atividade de reconciliação. Obter as posições de investimento dos fundos e carteiras, importação de arquivos XML, etc
  • Executar atividades, reportar para analistas inconsistências, entender/aprender com os apontamentos
  • Auxiliar na atualização dos fluxos e manuais de procedimentos

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Formação em Administração de Empresas, Contabilidade, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística ou Matemática,.
  • Formação prevista a partir de Dez/202
  • Boa comunicação para interagir com os parceiros do mercado financeiro
  • Conhecimento da língua inglesa, comunicação verbal e escrita (comunicação diária com parceiros nos EUA, Europa e Ásia)
  • Disponibilidade para estágio no período da manhã, entre 6 ou 8 horas diárias
  • Desejável conhecimento de Excel avançado (VBA), Python, SQL
  • Desejável conhecimento prévio de mercado financeiro
