When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Move Could Mean Our Next BreakthroughWe are searching for the best talent for LATAM IT Application Maintenance lead to be in São José dos Campos or São Paulo (Brazil), Bogotá (Colombia) or Mexico City (Mexico) This role will be responsible for Service Maintenance & Operations activities for all ERP platforms and Basis Operations in the region.

Responsible for the End-to-End experience of our customers and how our systems perform using industry leading tools and approaches.

Responsible to improve IT Product quality by focusing on preventative measures through automation to eliminate product reliability issues and collaborate with our Business Process Owners (BPO) and Product Leaders (PL) to deliver high quality, high availability applications.

Responsibilities * Participate in respective service operation meetings (P1, P2 incidents)-related topics to ensure plan and closure are shared with partners; * Handle customer issues and coordinate resolution efforts with key partners (internal and external) by multi-functionally to ensure issue ownership, action items, and communications are fulfilled; * Reduce issue volume by leading improvements plans - monitoring and developing dashboards to proactively monitor trends and use data to work with other TS Service Owners to meet expectations and/or optimize productivity; * Ideate, architect, and bring Technology solutions that bring organization to advance the reliability of platforms across ERP, Integrations, and integrated application systems; * Manage SAP Basis Service operations across LATAM teams; * Respond to user inquiries and support requests in a timely and professional manner, providing assistance and troubleshooting guidance as needed; * Collaborate with multi-functional teams; * Stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and standard processes related to application maintenance and operation activities; * Monitor applications health and proactively determine and resolve any issues or potential bottlenecks, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our applications, providing essential support to our users.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • IT experience supporting enterprise applications and collaborating with key stakeholders in a diverse global environment
  • Experience providing IT Service Transition support for the full lifecycle of transition of applications & technologies.
  • Expertise in ITIL processes (incident management, change, problem, release management) is required
  • Proficiency in English language.
