Resumo do trabalho

O Gerente Jr de Assuntos do Consumidor facilita a experiência do consumidor para todas as marcas Colgate-Palmolive em canais tradicionais e digitais e é responsável por garantir que todas as informações do consumidor e do contact center sejam transferidas de maneira precisa, oportuna e abrangente, e que todos os contatos do consumidor sejam devidamente tratados.

Esta função precisa ter uma compreensão clara de que devemos garantir que as pessoas tenham interações da mais alta qualidade e conexão emocional com o CP. Devemos oferecer um excelente atendimento ao cliente, ajudando a reter nossos consumidores e a manter/aumentar sua confiança em nossas marcas, ao mesmo tempo em que cumprimos integralmente os processos e regulamentações internas e externas. Para atingir esse objetivo, esta posição precisa ser o canal no fornecimento de informações e conhecimento ao Contact Center, permitindo-lhes alcançar uma experiência sem esforço para nossos consumidores e protegendo e melhorando a reputação de nossa empresa para conquistar consumidores lucrativos e ter relacionamentos de longo prazo.

Ao gerenciar canais digitais, essa função altamente colaborativa envolve a participação em equipes multifuncionais, desenvolvendo planos de suporte digital apropriados e eficazes para Assuntos do Consumidor (gerenciamento de comunidades de mídias sociais abrangentes, classificações e avaliações, WhatsApp etc.).

Coordenação com a América Latina e a Global para lançamentos e iniciativas da empresa:
supervisionando, monitorando, respondendo e reportando a voz dos consumidores.

Garantem também que os sistemas e ferramentas de Defesa do Consumidor estão devidamente configurados para o suporte necessário (iniciar e aprovar pedidos de metadados, alocar campos, garantir que todos os dados são recolhidos, documentados e reportados de forma consistente), e que a experiência do consumidor para novas marcas, perfis em mídias sociais e iniciativas de crescimento são planejadas e incorporadas à operação.



Funções Essenciais de Trabalho / Principais Deveres e Responsabilidades:


  • Liderar diariamente a excelência operacional do contact center, a fim de garantir o mais alto desempenho e entregar KPIs de serviço, além de garantir que estejam dentro dos padrões e melhores práticas globais;

Qualidade geral direta das comunicações com os consumidores. Isto inclui a revisão de amostras de comunicações recebidas em todos os pontos de contato para determinar a eficácia, identificar e agilizar os processos de treinamento interno para maximizar a eficiência dos representantes de serviço;

Construir e implementar treinamentos envolventes e supervisionar o contact center para retenção, conformidade e relatórios em canais digitais e tradicionais;

Responsável por garantir que todos os contatos do consumidor sejam tratados e concluídos, incluindo investigação e resolução de casos de responsabilidade do produto. Isso inclui o gerenciamento da rede de "Responsáveis pelo Consumidor" e/ou empresas de atendimento envolvidas no processo de recuperação/substituição de produtos;

Atuar de acordo com os procedimentos de Farmacovigilância, entregando KPIs e garantindo que todos os contatos recebidos dos consumidores e do Centro Toxicológico sejam gerenciados em tempo hábil;

Desenvolver e garantir suporte digital de defesa do consumidor para novas marcas e iniciativas de crescimento para impulsionar a melhor experiência do consumidor em todos os canais de comunicação;
