We are looking for a Clinical Research Physician with a strong understanding of medical practice as well as the scientific research process, who will be responsible for:
Providing ide the local medical expert input into study design to help with the operationalization of studies Resolution of protocol related medical and scientific questions from sites Monitoring Team trainings on the medical and scientific aspects of disease, compound, and protocol, Country feasibility confirmation Setting of Diversity targets for assigned studies (where applicable)

The Role:

Evaluate feasibility of, and direct a program of Phase I, II, III and IV clinical research involving products leading to the filing of an NDA.

This entails reviewing protocols and supervising the conduct of clinical studies in adherence to SOPs, as well as institutional and relevant governmental regulations.

Ensure training as required, regarding the product, the pathology, the regulatory environment, the protocol and the CRF.
Maintain a network of experts and potential investigators within his/her therapeutic field. Identification and evaluation of investigators.

Medical representative responsibilities:

SAE, narrative summaries; active collaboration with the corresponding clinical operations department; presentation of the trial, presentation of trial results, provide answers to questions of a medical nature; participation in important congresses or events concerning the therapeutic field.

Ensure the medical and scientific collaboration with medical functions in the respective Business Units in Brazil and with investigators, trialists, medical experts, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the country, region, or global level

You will need:

Medical degree (preferred TA:
Immunologist, Gastroenterologist, Neurologist or Pneumologist) or Life/Health Science Degree with mandatory previous experience as MSL or Medical Manager at Pharma Industry. and/ or

12+ years of experience with at least 4-5 years Clinical Research experience in pharmaceutical setting; demonstrated in communication and personal interaction; demonstrated skills in effective medical writing and written communication Knowledge of, and experience with, the process of data collection, data management, and data analysis are required.

Ability to interact in a transatlantic research setting.
Availability to travel around 10% of the time (domestic -fly and drive). Good negotiation and persuasion skills are important.
Ability to interpret clinical data accurately is essential.
Strong verbal and written skills
