Responsibilities

  • Ensure objectives achievement in the area.
  • Maintain high-quality service in the territory considering end-to-end impacts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate O2C reports during month-end close.
  • Own a specific O2C process and manage resources for aligned processes.
  • Maintain respectful contact with countries.
  • Provide necessary resources for team goal achievement.
  • Comply with internal and external control requirements.
  • Interact with TFCM and ARM as primary contacts.

Essential for this role:

  • Accounting or finance degree.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in similar roles and decision-making.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Experience in client portfolio management and financial analysis.
  • Resilience, stability, diversity and inclusion advocacy.
  • Fluency in English.

Desirable qualifications:

  • SAP experience.
  • Experience collaborating with finance teams in a given geography.
  • Involvement in key business decisions such as credit line definition.
  • MBA degree.
