YOUR MISSIONS

We are looking for an experienced professional specialized in the SAP SuccessFactors

Compensation module to join our team as an SAP Compensation Consultant. In this role,

you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge to implementations and

customizations of the Compensation module, contributing directly to the success of our

projects and the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

You will be expected to carry out your activities in accordance with the best market practices,

following our implementation methodology, and may act as a specialist consultant or in

partnership with third parties. Knowledge of the software in question is essential.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

module

  • At least 1 year of experience is required for Junior level, 2 years for Full and Senior, and 3

years for Specialist in implementations, support or projects in the SuccessFactors Employee Central module

  • In-depth knowledge of compensation management processes, including bonus plans, salary

increases, and performance reviews

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and in-person work as needed.
  • Familiarity with the functionalities and integrations of the Compensation module with other
  • SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within

the Compensation module

  • Experience in configuring and customizing the Compensation module to meet specific

customer needs

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with stakeholders at different hierarchical

levels

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage compensation-related projects
  • Higher education in Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems or related areas

  • Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies desirable
  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification desirable
  • Knowledge of Excel, Open Office or similar
  • Strong logical reasoning skills
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable

Activities to be carried out:

  • Implementing and configuring the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, according to

the organization's policies and needs.

  • Providing technical support and specialized consultancy, meeting the specific demands and

needs of each project.

  • Participating in meetings and workshops with clients to understand requirements, propose

solutions and ensure the delivery of high-quality results.

  • Developing and revising technical and user documentation, ensuring traceability and

transparency of processes.

  • Providing training for end users, ensuring effective adoption of the solutions implemented

and correct use of the system.Collaborate efficiently with internal teams, outsourced companies and suppliers to ensurethe integration and alignment of proposed solutions.

  • Keeping up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors and releases, ensuring alignment with

market best practices and customer needs.

implementing effective solutions
