Responsável pelas Operações Fabris, tendo sob tua gestão os departamentos de Montagem, Testes, Usinagem, Solda, Pintura e Manutenção.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar os departamentos que realizam atividades produtivas relacionadas as prestações de serviços de Reparo, Remanufatura e Manufatura dos produtos da Onesubsea, Cameron e Schlumberger.

Os departamentos em questão são:
Montagem, Testes, Usinagem, Solda, Pintura e Manutenção.

  • Responsável por prover liderança e direção para a execução dos objetivos das áreas sob tua gestão, visando à qualidade total, incluindo educação/treinamento e segurança dos empregados;
  • Gerenciar custos e resultados financeiros das áreas sob tua gestão, garantindo alinhamentos com as politicas da empresa, assim como, com os resultados adequados para os clientes internos e externos.
  • Manter indicadores de resultados das áreas sob tua gestão, analisando tendência e antecipando problemas e soluções;
  • Participar e contribuir com as reuniões de análises de riscos conduzidas conforme Sistema de Garantia da Qualidade;
  • Demonstrar compromisso em aprimorar os processos continuadamente e satisfazer os requisitos dos clientes internos e externos;
  • Suportar e promover aumento de confiabilidade e eficiência de serviços de manutenção e manufatura realizados pela Onesubsea e Schlumberger, através de iniciativas de melhoria continua.
  • Prover direção para a equipe nas revisões do Sistema da Qualidade;
  • Distribuir serviços, estabelecer prioridades de programas e acompanhar o cumprimento do planejado, para que os cronogramas sejam cumpridos;
  • Supervisionar as políticas de pessoal, como admissão e demissão e medidas disciplinares;
  • Identificar, prover e atualizar as necessidades de treinamento da equipe.
  • Prover / estabelecer recursos adequados (ferramentas, equipamentos, etc) e/ou pessoal solicitado;
  • Manter e implementar as atividades descritas nos procedimentos da Planta, bem como treinar as pessoas que executam essas atividades;
  • Participar das análises de causa dos desvios identificados em suas áreas, acompanhar a execução das ações definidas e garantir que as mesmas sejam concluídas, conforme procedimento de ações corretivas e preventivas do Manual de Procedimentos da Planta;
  • Participar da manutenção e melhoria contínua do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, atendendo à Política da Qualidade da organização;
  • Atender e participar de auditorias do Sistema de Garantia de Qualidade, HSE e Clientes sempre que solicitado;
  • Zelar pela segurança própria e da equipe, seguindo os procedimentos de segurança na Onesubsea, através do uso dos equipamentos de segurança e evitando acidentes;
  • Promover para os funcionários as políticas e campanhas da empresa relacionadas a Qualidade, Saude, Segurança, Integração, Inclusão e Diversidade.
  • Executar outras atividades análogas à função, conforme solicitação de seu gestor.

Requisitos Mínimos:

  • Ensino superior completo;
  • Inglês Avançado/Fluente;
  • Experiência como gestor de processos industriais relacionados a serviços de manutenção ou fabricação de equipamentos submarinos;
  • Conhecimento no sistema SAP.
