GET TO KNOW OUR AREA:


The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support to the areas of Regulatory Toxicology & Occupational and Residential Exposure and Dietary Safety Assessment within the context of supporting LATAM business units.

Give scientific support on regulatory topics in collaboration to experts of the area.

Support toxicological assessment and exposure and/or risk assessments, in the context of achieving and maintaining registration of products in Latam region.

Compile necessary documents / dossiers to fulfill regulatory requests in LATAM.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

  • Support the management of the Regulatory Toxicology, Occupational and Residential risk assessment process and Dietary Safety Assessment, under local legislation and global safety profiles required to support new and continued product registrations in Brazil and other Latin America countries;
  • Support the identification of potential threats to the BCS product portfolio, resulting from the development of new data or implementation of new regulatory policies, to support the regulatory submission dossier in LATAM, ensuring consistency across all compounds and regulatory authorities;
  • Support the critical review of Brazilian technical dossiers in regard to completeness, scientific accuracy and ease of review, when required;
  • Continuously improve professional knowledge in the field of HuSa areas and related disciplines and regulations.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

Must-Have Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology / Pharmacist / Veterinary or related areas;
  • Experience in Regulatory Toxicology;
  • Be able to meet deadlines and be detailed orientated. Process oriented thinking, good planning, organization.
  • Sound regulatory judgment and critical thinking;
  • Ability to work in team environment;
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken). We are a global team.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Master and/or specific postgraduation;
  • Spanish.
