Tipos de experiências/background relevantes para a posição: Mais de 2 anos de experiência profissional; Interesse e disposição para trabalhar com pessoas de outras áreas; Estar confortável com incertezas e em avaliar trade-offs de projetos; Gostar de ambientes com alto nível de autonomia; Ótima comunicação verbal e escrita, sabendo adaptar estilos e abordagens de comunicação para diversos clientes internos e externos; Bom senso de urgência e responsabilidade, sendo uma pessoa organizada e proativa; Conforto gerenciando tarefas e reuniões (online e presenciais).
