Responsibility

  • Give clear and accurate information based on current immigration & visa laws & policies.
  • Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and guiding customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Our products and services directly change the lives and careers of people all over the globe, hence providing accurate and tailored Y-Axis solutions to our clients is critical.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in Education / Immigration / Sales, Recruitment or Counselling will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
  • Excellent problemsolving and customer service skills.
  • Have a strong drive for sales and achieving targets.
  • Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
  • Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
  • Be approachable and professional.
  • Computer literate.
