Join as Global Product Support Specialist, Assays:
  • Responsible for troubleshooting customer issues escalated to GPS
  • Analyze system and assay performance errors, driving to root cause
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responds to complaints with dedication to improving products or services
  • Collaborates with quality, marketing, R&D, and regional teams
  • Creates technical documents and tools for continuous improvement
  • Works with colleagues globally
Requirements:
  • Degree in Life Science or related discipline
  • Experience in medical device technical support
  • Customer-centric and proactive attitude
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in preparing standard documents and SOPs
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Analytics
  • Certification or experience in clinical laboratory
  • Experience with statistical data processing tools
