The team you will be a part of


People Experience Payroll Americas, part of
CPO, is primarily responsible for delivering excellent Payroll services and employee experiences to employees and managers in Americas region.


What you will learn and contribute to

As part of the team, you will:

  • Providing support on restructuring, redeployment, audits.
  • Handling inquiries on people processes, tools, policies, benefits.
  • Supporting country, regional or global projects and initiatives.
  • Providing consultation to managers on complex people topics.
We are looking for an Intern/student, who can support the group workload while learning on the job.


The Intern carries out work according to prescribed procedures, following detailed instructions and guidelines using judgment in straightforward situations typically selecting from defined alternatives.

The Intern will provide customer service through the ticketing tool and Call line system.


The Intern will support the employee's lifecycle processes following established procedures including time management, filing, and social security related procedures.


Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Been enrolled in 6th or 7th semester of Undergraduate studies in internship period, preferably in administration careers or "Tecnólogo em Gestão de Pessoas"
  • Bilingual Portuguese / English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Word and Excel.
