Especialista em Análise de Dados e Estratégia de Recuperação, será responsável por gerar resultado através das análises de dados e desenvolvimento de modelos voltados para aumento da recuperação de crédito.


What you need:

  • Experiência trabalhando com sistemas, bases de dados, data warehouses, extração e manipulação de dados (obrigatório)
  • Proficiente em análises quantitativas, transformação de variáveis, modelagem estatística e de Machine Learning (obrigatório)
  • Proficiente em teste e validação de modelos, bem como implementação e monitoramento de performance (obrigatório)
  • Competência em visualizações de dados e comunicação de resultados de análises (obrigatório)
  • Forte base técnica em estatística e programação de computadores
  • Graduação em cursos: Estatística, Matemática, Engenharias, Ciência da Computação, ou correlatos
  • Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência nas áreas de MIS\Estratégia de Crédito ou Recuperação ou Business Intelligence (BI) em empresas como bancos ou instituições financeiras

What you will be doing:

  • Desenvolvimento de pesquisas, análises e recomendações para suporte à operação de recuperação;
  • Estruturação e manutenção de bases de informações da Area de Recuperação de crédito;
  • Criação de controles e relatórios com informações e KPIs de suporte à operação de recuperação;
  • Implementação e desenvolvimento de modelos de segmentação, previsão e otimização
  • Mensuração e monitoramento de impacto gerado por modelos e estratégias implementadas
  • Estruturação, execução, e análise de experimentos (testes A/B, RCT)
  • Apresentação de análises e recomendações de suporte à tomada de decisão
  • Condução e participação em projetos
