We are looking for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Assistant to join our team and be responsible for detecting, triaging and responding to critical incidents on our payments platform The ideal candidate is a proactive person with great analytical skills and a sense of urgency.
What you will be doing:
Perform initial troubleshooting.
Clear all warnings, errors and misconfigurations.
Proactively monitor and identify problems in internal systems.
Perform preventative maintenance using pre-established best practice checklists.
Download bank statements, in case of problems with the automated platforms.
Monitor system operation in terms of postings.
Requirements:
Data Analytics (Databases, SQL);
Experience in technology;
Ability (technical and judgment) to understand urgency and make decisions;
Attention to detail;
Excellent analytical and technical skills;
Proficiency in Spanish and english;
-This position requires availability to work from 2pm to 23hs ART, but initially will require the availability to take rotating shifts.
100% remote for the moment
