Responsabilidades e atribuições
O nosso papel de
Engineering Lead atua ancorado por dois grandes pilares: gestão de pessoas e gestão de tecnologia.

Gestão de Pessoas:

  • Liderar com autonomia as pessoas de tecnologia da sua Squad;
  • Tomar decisões, com apoio do Engineering Manager, relacionadas a contratação, planejamento de time, reconhecimento e desligamento;
  • Desenvolver, fazer mentoria e coaching de carreira com liderados;
  • Manter a equipe comunicada e direcionada sobre decisões, fatos e temas relevantes;
  • Atuar em prol da cultura e do clima na Tribo e na Squad;
  • Planejar e executar a rampagem da sua Squad.

Gestão de Tecnologia:

  • Conduzir com autonomia definições que envolvem modelagem, arquitetura, tecnologia e processos da sua Squad;
  • Ter visão do negócio e dominar técnicamente as soluções a serem desenvolvidas;
  • Levantar demandas, propor e validar junto à equipe soluções técnicas;
  • Suprir as necessidades em relação à tecnologia para a Squad;
  • Promover melhores práticas e conhecimentos para o desenvolvimento das soluções;
  • Gerir budget e processos da Squad, elaborar métricas e análises, além de organizar cadências saudáveis.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência na construção de soluções para o mercado financeiro, com foco nas áreas de Wealth, Carteiras Administradas ou Fundos.
  • Conhecer tecnologia amplamente e de forma generalista, sendo capaz de direcionar decisões técnicas de acordo com a estratégia do negócio e junto a especialistas;
  • Buscar atualização constante em melhores práticas e tendências de tecnologia, prezando por incentivar o time a fazer o mesmo;
  • Valorizar, potencializar e dedicarse ao desenvolvimento das pessoas, prezando pelo atingimento de resultados por meio do time;
  • Criar ambiente seguro para que as pessoas possam testar, errar e aprender.
