About the project:

Salesforce Consultants are sought after for their expertise in implementing solutions on the standard Salesforce platform. Additionally, they possess the ability to customize these solutions to better align with the organization's specific needs.

You will be able to:

Identify the needs of your employer/client, translate them into business processes and then into a technical solution on the platform.

Plan and budget the project according to the client's specifications.

Estimate the time the project will take and the cost.

Be responsible for the quality of the data in Salesforce.

Set up and implement Salesforce solutions at the customer's side.

Train users, generally, in workshops, user training is a key step in adopting the tool.

Customize user interfaces to meet client requirements and enhance user experience.

Integrate third-party applications and systems with Salesforce Experience Cloud.

What will help you succeed in this role:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ Years of experience working as Salesforce Consultant.

3+ Years of experience working with Salesforce.

2+ Years of experience working with Sales Cloud.

2+ Years of experience working with Service Cloud.

2+ Years of experience building Flows.

Platform App Builder Certification

Service Cloud Consultant Certification

Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
