Job Description
The Project Manager will take responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high quality standard and aid on a wide range of projects of all sizes and dimensions.
Handles commissions of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project. Can work as part of a larger team or as the key day-to-day contact point with the client.
Help to set up the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameter, project governance, project planning, processes, and systems to be used throughout project.

Included but not limited to:
Monitor and control the project by:Applying performance management techniques.Managing the change control upon project finances.Scheduling regular meetings with pertinent personnel to help, support and track.Managing project correspondence. Interpret and comprehend contract related agreements, work letters, project charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, and drawings. Development and maintenance of project status reports, process purchase orders, and tracking reports for due diligence and financials. Ability in managing multiple timelines and projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and working with little to no direct supervision.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture or related. Relevant years of experience working in related roles and engaged in construction of Real Estate projects, preferably of large scale. Experience in scheduling. Proficiency with MS Project and/or Primavera. Complete project ownership. Report development and follow up. Information management between the team and the client. Fluent in English.Additional Information
