Para isso, queremos aprimorar nossas práticas de gestão de produto, incorporando mais processos, análise de métricas e insights.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestão estratégica de roadmap de produto e prioridades de tecnologia, colaborando de forma muito próxima com as áreas de negócios e estratégia para alinhar as necessidades e objetivos da empresa.
  • Acompanhamento e gestão do desenvolvimento, garantindo a entrega do time nos processos ágeis, assegurando a qualidade e cumprimento dos prazos.
  • Definir e acompanhar métricas de produtos relacionadas ao funil de conversão e de performance dos seguros.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhorias nos processos e propor soluções inovadoras.
  • Coordenar o planejamento e execução de projetos, assegurando o alinhamento com as metas da empresa.
  • Realizar análise de mercado e concorrência para identificar tendências e oportunidades de negócio.

Requisitos

  • Experiência prévia como Product Manager, preferencialmente em startups ou empresas de tecnologia.
  • Habilidades de comunicação e negociação para interagir com diferentes áreas da empresa.
  • Conhecimento do mercado agrícola será considerado um diferencial.
