Job title Product Manager M Location (city, country) São Paulo, SP / Brazil Type of the role Hybrid Careers that Change Lives As a Product Manager for the Bariatric Surgery business, you will be able to build relationships with key opinion leaders, medical societies, physicians and gather Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback around projects and potential projects to complement product development and positioning strategies.

A Day in the Life Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Assuming this role you will:

  • Develop specialty focus, formulates and reviews corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific specialty or product line.
  • Conduct competitive product analysis and market research of product consumer behaviour and professional audience.
  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity, including key investments needed to drive market share gains.
  • Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps, collaborating and communicating with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
  • Develop partnership with main local/regional support areas as finance, training, educational, market access, medical affairs, communication, sales & marketing to develop new projects.
  • Own the specialties events, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Ensure personal understanding of all quality policy/system items that are personally applicable. Follow all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high-quality work. Must Haves
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced to fluent English
  • Driver's license (B)
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills combined with a flexible and adaptable approach to achieve successful stakeholder satisfaction Nice to haves:
