Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices, fostering a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, effectively communicating project status and risks to stakeholders.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team productivity, enabling continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts.
  • Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation, including sprint backlogs, burndown charts, and other relevant artifacts.
  • Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices and Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Confluence, rally).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycles and best practices.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) experience is a plus but not required.
