Estamos em busca de um Terminal Planning Lead em Manaus/AM para se juntar à nossa equipe

Responsabilidades:

Garantir a linha de atracação ideal para navios ML e Ali que chegam aos portos. Coordenar juntamente com o terminal e o operador Marítimo o despacho oportuno dos navios ao lado do cais. Realizar revisões pós-operacionais das chamadas de navios para avaliar e abordar as possíveis áreas de melhoria. Contribuir para o processo de alteração de rede participando de discussões e garantindo a dispinibilidade de janelas de atracação para todos os portos. Responsável pela estratégica do Integrador no complexo do terminal. Trabalhar com as equipes das áreas de produto e experiência do cliente a fim de aprimorar a experiência de ponta a ponta no complexo do terminal. Lidar com autoridades tendo como objetivo a melhoria operacional e comercial e também otimizar as nossas operações. Identificar e sugerir possibilidades de melhoria contínua na forma de trabalho. Estabelecer e manter excelentes relacionamentos com stakeholders nos portos e coordenar a melhoría do processo para o negócio (Terminais, Praticagem e Autoridades). Manter uma relação próxima com a equipe de Procurement para revisão de contratos do terminal e acordos de nível de serviço, alinhando métricas de desempenho, valor do contrato e garantindo que o terminal esteja cumprindo conforme o acordado.

O que estamos procurando:

Ensino Superior Concluído em Logística, Administração, ou área correlata. Experiência com terminais portuarios, Agencias Marítimas, Autoridades portuárias, e Praticagem. Experiência com planejamento de operações marítimas Gestão de stakeholders internos. Empatia com o cliente ( Interno - Externos). Postura Analítica. Habilidade com ferramentas Microsoft. Gestão de Projetos. Inglês Avançado e Português Fluente. Espanhol será um plus.
