NTU is currently leading an international consortium for the EU SEA 2023 Framework Contract SEA 2023 LOT 6 – Macro-Economic Analysis, Fiscal Policies, Budget Support, and is seeking to expand its network with skilled local partners and Experts who are passionate about working in the target countries.

We are in the process of building a pool of experts interested in short-term assignments focusing on the various SEA priorities under this framework contract.

If you are perceptive in such short-term assignments, please submit your interest to be part of our potential experts' pool.

We will contact you directly when we have a fitting assignment for your profile and region.

Position:
  • National Experts in Public Finance Management (PFM)
Qualifications and skills:
  • Minimum three years Degree in Public Finance Management, Macroeconomics, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of demonstrated expertise in Public Finance Management (PFM) topics, encompassing budget expenditure, taxation, and audit
  • Previous work involvement in EUfunded or other international projects is considered advantageous
Language skills:
  • Excellent command of English (CEFR C1) (Must meet minimum requirements)
