Position Overview
You are keen on improving company business processes, constantly learning new technologies, and building tools to increase efficiency. You love building and cultivating long-lasting, meaningful relationships.

You take this skill and enjoy serving as not only the client's project manager but also as their temporary dedicated admin to help them get up and running on the Salesforce platform in no time.

You live for taking a brand new Salesforce customer who seems lost and confused in what they just purchased and are able to configure Salesforce to their specifications for them to get immediate return on investment from the platform.

You will report to the Delivery Manager.

Your Mission

Your mission is to manage and successfully implement the Salesforce QuickStart program projects that will result in highly satisfied customer/client feedback and review.


Your Goals

-Scope, Timeline & Budget Control:All deliverables are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints

- Pilot Admin Subscription:Help design, launch, and manage our future admin subscription service

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the Salesforce QuickStart Program projects from start to completion: full definition and design, implementation, and communication to stakeholders.
  • Manage the daytoday operational aspects of the project and scope, the overall client relationship and demonstrate respect and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Manage the contract, project deliverables, estimates, financials, and schedule to ensure the project stays on track and drives the implementation of the solution.
  • Evaluate, customize, and implement solutions for business processes.
  • Manage Salesforce installation and configuration.
  • Provide clear and effective communication on risks, scope changes, and an understanding of change management techniques and processes.
  • Own / host kickoff meetings, recurring touch points during the project, etc. Set meeting agenda and provide appropriate followup communications.
  • Obtain client approval to begin work once completely groomed, and to coordinate UAT efforts and sign off once delivered.
  • Troubleshoot key implementation issues and demonstrate the ability to drive successful resolution.
  • Conduct training sessions with clients on Salesforce and its newly built features.
  • Maintain a sense of ownership as it pertains to client satisfaction, company profitability, and project team resource workload.
  • Serve as the client's main point of contact and account manager to develop a longterm partnership and generate possible additional work.
  • Perform invoice review before invoices are sent to clients and coordinate adjustments with finance as necessary.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 + years of Salesforce project implementation experience.
  • Must have at least 2 active Salesforce Certifications.
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment and juggle multiple projects.
  • Experience with Jira or other project management tools
  • Sales experience
  • Understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Proven successful project management skills
  • Strong problemsolving background
  • Proactive Interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
