Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing contact center as a software (CCaaS) startup that has achieved remarkable year-over-year growth for the past three years.

Our transformative calling and texting software caters to a diverse array of industries, primarily serving mid-market and small B2B and B2C businesses.

About the Role As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and closing new business opportunities.

For this role you need strong sales background, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Our client is doubling every year it's a fairly fast-paced and vibrant environment where you'd wear multiple hats: some days you give demos, some days you hit the phones, and some days you make product-related content.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, becoming a trusted advisor and partner to help them achieve their business goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as with new prospects
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, and track and report progress against these targets
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services, as well as our competitive landscape and industry trends
  • Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure customer needs are being met and to drive revenue growth
  • Use CRM systems and other sales tools to manage the sales process and track progress against sales goals
About You
Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related field
  • Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of managing and growing relationships with clients, as well as identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform sales decisions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
  • Must have very strong spoken and written English skills.
For this role, you're expected to work within EST or PST business hours, regardless of your time zone
