Responsável por analisar e gerir informações de indicadores de rede de acesso e transmissão, controlar banco de dados de informação, gerando visões necessárias para o suporte gerencial e subsídios para a equipe de otimização e design.
Principais Atividades Analisar e interpretar grandes conjuntos de dados, encontrando tendências e métricas que possam ajudar a empresa a tomar decisões mais precisas e obter melhores resultados; Compreender as necessidades e desafios do processo de interface com provedores/parceiros de transmissão (SWAP, Leased Line, EILD, Dark Fiber, Capacidade...) e formular análises e soluções que suportem o processo; Propor automações e melhorias que gerem eficiência e eficácia nas tratativas; Contribuir para redução de gaps e reincidência de falha, aumentando a qualidade do processo e garantindo o atingimento de indicadores e resultados eficientes; Gerir indicadores contratuais internos e externos, realizando a apurações e monitorando as entregas; Criar e gerenciar cronogramas com planos de ação; Analisar e gerenciar dados estatísticos estruturados (KPI's, KOI's e KQI's) e não estruturados da operação de rede (alarmes, falhas, reclamações, tickets, etc,); Elaborar apresentações executivas para suportar tomadas de decisão.
Conhecimento, Experiência e Formação Conhecimento em redes de telecomunicações (topologia, sistemas, equipamentos e infraestrutura); Desejável Experiência com prestação de serviços e gestão de indicadores de telecomunicações; Ferramentas de visualização de dados (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Grafana, etc...); Conhecimento avançado em Excel e Banco de dados SQL server; Conhecimento em modelagem de dados.; Conhecimento avançado de Power Point e apresentações executivas; Desejável Experiência com desenvolvimento de relatórios e apresentações em Power Point; Desejável Certificação Seis Sigma / Certificação Belt; Formação superior completa em áreas ligadas a tecnologia ou telecomunicações (sistemas de informação, análise de sistemas, engenharias, etc); Desejável Especialização nas áreas de BI, Analytics, Cloud Computing, Big Data.
