People Team

The Role
You will provide day-to-day support for the People Partner team.
It is an opportunity for you to learn more about the different areas of the company, focusing on different processes such as admission, promotion, dismissal, talent management and much more.
You will have contact with the People Team and the entire company, knowing all the content of a fast growing, global and diversified company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the entire employee journey, getting a full view of the company and it's talents;
- Support the development and implementation of employee programs (conscience inclusion, wellbeing, engagement survey, etc);
- Responsible for collecting and managing data (People Analytics);
- Responsible for all Workday data, alignment and corrections, making the system our source of true and trust;
- Help control and analyse all the People Team's KPIs.
