We are seeking a skilled, dynamic System Analyst familiar with C# code review to join us in developing a leading healthcare cost containment service offering affordable deductibles in health insurance plans.   • 5+ years of System Analysis experience
  • Proficiency in C# code review and Visual Studio platform

  • Ability to generate workflow diagrams and wireframes
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level
  • Strong project and process management skills, expertise in financial modeling and data analytics

Desired qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or Technology
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools and SAFe/Agile methodologies
  • Expertise in the healthcare industry (managed care, claims pricing/adjudication, EDI, etc.)
  • Experience in prototyping

Key responsibilities and contributions:

Your main duties will involve reviewing code for adherence to business requirements, assisting team members in refining specifications, and ensuring effective documentation processes.

  • Review, interpret, and debug code for compliance and functionality
  • Support the elaboration of user stories and requirements
  • Coach and develop Business Analyst team members
  • Collaborate with business and product owners to prioritize and shape the product backlog using Agile practices
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvement
  • Create user stories and define business-driven acceptance criteria and test cases
