The Role:

We are in search of a Sales Development Representative/appointment setter (SDR) to join our team in Brazil. This fully remote position offers a freelance contract with both an hourly rate and a generous bonus for each qualified appointment.

This role is specifically for the Brazilian market, where you will generate sales-qualified leads from scratch within your assigned account list. Your primary task involves initiating conversations and persuading plastic surgeons, cosmetic doctors, and dermatologists to schedule appointments for our inside sales teams to conduct online demos of our 3D Imaging Solution.

Work hours are aligned with the working hours of the Brazilian region.

This position will also require travel within Brazil, visiting doctors' clinics, and participating in conferences.


Responsibilities:

  • Call and email potential clients, providing information about our services (including cold calling)
  • Update CRM
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Send confirmation emails and make re-confirmation calls
  • Manage Google Calendars

Requirements:

  • Native/Fluent Brazilian Portuguese speaker with proficient English skills (both spoken and written)
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service experience, preferably via telephone
  • Ideally, experience in cold calling/outbound calling
  • Tech-savvy
  • Advantageous to have experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
