/n QUAIS SÃO OS REQUISITOS? Estar disponível para trabalhar 40 horas semanais; Já ter sido responsável por práticas e rituais de gestão de pessoas; Já ter liderado pessoas desenvolvedoras em algum momento da carreira; Ter sido líder de Squad Leaders, Tech Leads, pessoas desenvolvedoras e correlatos em algum SaaS e/ou produto digital; Conhecer, em nível avançado, diferentes tecnologias e linguagens de programação, tendo trabalhado com o desenvolvimento em algum momento da carreira (aqui usamos PHP, Laravel, arquitetura MVC, Redis, PR's, MySQL, Composer e muito mais); Apresentar conhecimento em arquitetura baseada em eventos, clean architecture e microsserviços; Ter trabalhado com o desenvolvimento SCRUM em ambientes cloud; Ter muita vontade de fazer acontecer E OS DIFERENCIAIS? Já ter trabalhado com a AWS (Amazon Web Services); Conhecer produtos e soluções do mesmo segmento da VExpenses; Apresentar experiência com o desenvolvimento de produtos e soluções B2B.

ENGINEERING MANAGER , você será responsável por: Liderar Squad Leaders da VExpenses, garantindo o desenvolvimento de novas soluções escaláveis e o acompanhamento de entregas de excelência alinhadas com a visão e estratégia da VExpenses; Atuar ativamente em discussões e decisões de tecnologia, ajudando no direcionamento técnico e propondo melhorias, novas tecnologias e novas arquiteturas para nossas aplicações; Apoiar em decisões de criação, desenvolvimento e/ou reestruturação de novos times de tecnologia, tendo em vista as necessidades do negócio e a nossa estratégia arquitetural; Desenvolver suas pessoas lideradas a partir de acompanhamentos periódicos, feedbacks, direcionamentos de habilidades e orientações de sucessão; Refinar problemas complexos, propondo soluções simples, escaláveis e que gerem impacto assertivo nas alavancas de negócio; Viabilizar o alinhamento entre Squad Leaders e os demais stakeholders da VExpenses, de modo que o funcionamento da área de Engenharia como um todo tenha sinergia e atinja bons e escaláveis resultados.

Experiência como líder de Squad Leaders, Tech Leads e/ou semelhantes: procuramos alguém que já tenha liderado líderes de tecnologia em algum momento da carreira, preferencialmente em empresas e soluções sob expansão; Boas práticas de gestão de pessoas: buscamos alguém que, na posição de liderança, se preocupe com o engajamento e desenvolvimento do time, contribuindo ativamente para que as entregas técnicas aconteçam e sejam celebradas; Olhar para dados e métricas: esperamos que você consiga olhar para nossos indicadores e antecipar problemas, considerando desafios técnicos relacionados a observabilidade, testes automatizados e estratégias de mensageria e eventos, por exemplo; Boa comunicação: essa será uma poderosa aliada na condução de reuniões, definições e alinhamentos junto ao time e a demais stakeholders.
