With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development of the regional marketing plan for the Pharmacy Solutions business; supports local marketing teams with the creation of Hub marketing plans; and collaborates with local marketing for the execution of marketing initiatives within each of the Hubs.
  • Provides tools and guidance to develop a sustainable competitive advantage, and delivers competitive intelligence, market analysis, VOC, business modeling and market research, for the development and execution of strategic plans that enable the business unit to achieve P&L goals.
  • Develops market analyses, projection models, and multiyear forecasts and makes recommendations for allocation of resources across marketing & sales.
  • Leads crossfunctional groups and works with senior management to resolve problems, introduce new solutions, and identify new commercial opportunities for the Region.
  • Accountable for the strategic planning that facilities the achievement of business deliverables and goals of the Region and WW Business. Also accountable for the initiatives that influence the longterm goals of the Pharmacy Solutions business within the Region.
  • Supports efforts to achieve financial and business objectives within the defined budget parameters.
  • Responsible for providing validated customer inputs, as well as business needs, for the development of product specifications and the product portfolio in the Region.
  • Provides input on product pricing strategies, optimizing product portfolio, managing product lifecycles, and strategic business models.
  • Provides expert knowledge of the competition, industry trends, and key influencers.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, class associations, professional associations, and advisory boards.

Activities:

  • Create regional marketing plan; collaborate and provide strategic direction in the establishment of Hubs' marketing plans.
  • Consolidate regional marketing plan with specific sections for direct customers and channel partners.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and provide the necessary support for mitigation and completion, respectively. Prioritize projects across the Region.
  • Act as the effective link between WW Business and Hubs.
  • Actively consolidate and provide recommendations in budget and annual strategic review (ASR) process with the appropriate evidence.
  • Collaborate in the coordination of Medical Affairs and Clinical Teams providing strategic direction and alignment.
  • Assure that financial goals, both short and long term are achieved.

Requirements:

  • University degree (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics)
  • Advanced English
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
  • Solid experience as Marketing Manager
  • Regional responsibilities of more than 1 country
  • This position is available to be based in any Latin America country.
