As an important member of our Origination team, you will drive our acquisition activities by sourcing acquisitions of vertical-market-software companies by:
Creatively identifying vertical market software businesses meeting our strategic criteriaMaintaining and building a proprietary database of industry contactsDeveloping and conducting prospecting campaigns through email, and outbound callingEngage in meaningful dialogue with C-Suite Executives, financial advisors, investment bankers, and private equity firms while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalismWorking in a team environment with Senior Business Development Associate and M&A Execution to ensure the smooth transition to the later stages of the process as appropriateQUALIFICATIONS:
