Responsabilidades e atribuições Como será o seu dia a dia?**- Definir e implementar a estratégia de desenvolvimento de produtos baseando-se em análises de mercado e feedbacks de clientes.
- Liderar o planejamento e a arquitetura de soluções, garantindo sua viabilidade técnica e alinhamento.
- Gerenciar o ciclo de vida completo dos produtos, desde a concepção até o lançamento no mercado.
- Colaborar com as equipes de setores que interage para desenvolver estratégias e garantir uma comunicação e alinhamento das vantagens e características dos produtos e soluções.
- Gerenciar e orientar equipes de engenharia de produto, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e de desenvolvimento de conhecimento.
- Manterse atualizado com as tendências tecnológicas e de mercado para antecipar mudanças e novas oportunidades.
- Desenvolver e manter relações sólidas com clientes internos e externos, incluindo fornecedores e parceiros estratégicos.
- Prospectar clientes novos e inativos relacionados na base da empresa ou em canais diversos.
- Manterse atualizado com status das suas atividades (visitas realizadas, andamento das propostas, novas oportunidades etc.) preparando relatórios, mapas e quadros demonstrativos para apreciação e controle do superior.
- Assegurar a aderência às normas de qualidade e regulamentações relevantes no desenvolvimento de produtos.
- Realizar demais atividades de mesma natureza e grau de complexidade, sempre que demandado.
Requisitos e qualificações Quais conhecimentos não podem faltar?**- Ensino superior em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação ou áreas relacionadas.
- Certificados: CCNP Security ou semelhantes de outros fabricantes
- ITSM, ITIL
- Idioma: Inglês intermediário
- Idioma: Inglês intermediário
- Habilidades de autogerenciamento; Conhecimento e experiência gestão de cliente; Conhecimento e experiência em gestão de projetos; Amplo conhecimento técnico em arquiteturas de sistemas de infraestrutura; Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis de desenvolvimento de produto; Habilidades de comunicação e negociação.
Será um diferencial se você tiver:
- Experiência: Especialista em Segurança de infraestrutura de TI com 4 anos de na função ou mais.
