Jornada: 9h às 18h;

40 horas semanais;
Regime CLT.

Descrição da Função:

  • Entregar e configurar equipamento de infraestrutura de rede, serviços e soluções necessárias para dar suporte a ambientes e sistemas de rede do cliente;
  • Suporte no local nas instalações do cliente executando tarefas tais como hardware, software e rede;
  • Instalar, configurar e testar a ativos de rede (ou seja, switches, roteadores, firewalls, ferramentas de rede e dispositivos de teste) em data center;
  • Garantir que a rede de dados e todos os equipamentos estão em ótimas condições de funcionamento.
  • Executar limpeza da rede;
  • Implementar upgrades de hardware e software;
  • Solicitar equipamentos e suprimentos;
  • Participar de reuniões, workshops, treinamentos e seminários;
  • Configuração e resolução de problemas de muitas das seguintes tecnologias: Redes (layers 2 e 3); Redes privadas virtuais IPsec e / ou SSL; Protocolos de roteamento de rede (BGP, OSPF e MPLS); Roteadores e switches de classe empresarial / operadora; Firewalls e listas de controle de acesso.

Habilidades e conhecimentos

  • Habilidades e conhecimento prático de multiplexes, topologia de rede, frame relay, T1 fracional, tecnologia de rede SONET, ATM, linha privada e aplicativos de dados;
  • Experiência em usar um laptop para definir configurações em equipamentos como roteadores, switches e outros componentes de uma rede IP;
  • Capacidade comprovada de fazer alterações de software (upload, download e regressão de SW) e instalar novos softwares e hardwares em vários dispositivos, como PCs, roteadores, servidores, etc;
  • Instalação diária de campo, configuração, serviço, manutenção preventiva e experiência de desativação de serviços avançados em um ambiente de Data Center;
